Job Requirements for Kitchen

    • ServSafe® certified
    • Must have experience with food safety, equipment, etc.
    • Awareness and adherence to food safety procedures
    • Awareness and adherence to equipment cleaning and safety procedures
    • Preparation of food items in accordance to approved specifications
    • Must have excellent Plating Techniques
    • Set up, and break down of kitchen areas. Includes but not limited to the storage areas, dish area, prep area, line area. This includes stocking of items, and cleaning of areas.
    • Execution of guests orders in a quality and timely manner
    • Prepare and cost menu items to order
    • Track and take inventory
    • Receiving, rotating, and stocking of orders in accordance to proper procedure
    • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
    • Proper storage of all kitchen items
    • Assist front of the house as needed
    • Any other duties to include daily and weekly projects, which management deems necessary

Additional Requirements

    • Wine experience and knowledge a plus
    • Craft beer experience and knowledge a plus
    • Have an interest and passion for wine, wine/food pairing, and the ability to convey wine characteristics in order to pair with food we serve
    • Have a solid hospitality background with an emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service
    • An outstanding communicator with a good floor presence

    • Be willing to learn and perform duties in all areas of the shop including food preparation, inventory stocking, customer service, etc
    • Assist in training other associates

    • ServSafe® certified a plus
    • Awareness and adherence to food safety procedures
    • Awareness and adherence to equipment cleaning and safety procedures
    • Preparation of food items in accordance to approved specifications
    • Set up, and break down of kitchen areas. Includes but not limited to the storage areas, dish area, prep area, line area. This includes stocking of items, and cleaning of areas.
    • Assistance with food prep might be necessary
    • Receiving, rotating, and stocking of orders in accordance to proper procedure
    • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
    • Proper storage of all kitchen items
    • Assist front of the house as needed including bussing, glass polishing and restocking
    • Any other duties to include daily and weekly projects, which management deems necessary
    • Have a solid hospitality background with an emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service
    • An outstanding communicator with a good floor presence
